Nadeem expanded his recruitment knowledge working his way to senior management roles in companies focused on the UK , Canada and US. Mr. Syed Ali Mohtesham is a seasoned professional who has been an integral part of the iae GLOBAL team for several years, currently serving as Operations Manager. He specializes in developing effective strategies to help students achieve their educational goals, drawing on his experience as Campus Manager at a reputable university and working with diverse student populations. Before joining iae GLOBAL, he worked as a Senior Manager for a UK-based firm, gaining valuable insight into the UK educational system. Ali holds an honours degree in International Business from Coventry University, England, and is well-versed in the British education system. He is a valuable asset to the iae GLOBAL team, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in educational consulting.

Whilst staying in Australia for 6 years, he gained the necessary skill set for professional growth. Currently working with iae GLOBAL PAKISTAN as a Business Development Manger for Central region. He specialises in giving insight to students planning to study abroad based on his vast experience in Australia. He is also working on market research, new trends, networking with students across universities to ensure that students get the best advice based on the their past education and future goals. Holding the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) North, Ijlal seamlessly intertwines his cultural insights with a robust academic background, boasting an MBA in Human Resource Management and an MS in Human Resource Management.

His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his pursuit of both an MBA and an MS in Human Resource Management. Ayyaz Nadeem is a distinguished Ph.D. scholar with an impressive background encompassing 17 years of valuable experience in both teaching and education management. His collaboration with the research group at Curtin University, Australia exemplifies his global perspective and the recognition of his expertise on an international level.

His active involvement in establishing and contributing to education projects, including The Concordia Colleges Project of Beaconhouse, Riphah International Colleges, and his leadership role at Roots International schools & Colleges.
